Day 11

age 55 weight 2.... whatever the scale said...the lightest i have ever weighed in my afult life was 173...sooo i wldnt mind rrying to get to 185-190. since the sun/ moon rising & setting is basically the only guarantee in this life just try to make the best of each & EVERYday inbetween.
