Mushroom Stroganoff Keto & Creamy
This rich and creamy mushroom dish may sound gourmet, but it's quick and easy to make at home. A perfect low-carb comfort meal that’s ready in minutes and full of flavour.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

1 tbsp butter

20g minced shallots

75g button mushrooms

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

¼ tsp salt

2 tbsp sour cream

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté shallots until soft, then add mushrooms and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Stir in garlic, salt, and paprika until fragrant.

Add sour cream and mix until well combined and creamy.

Top with chopped parsley and serve warm.
