Ed Miliband’s net zero push risks leaving Britain increasingly vulnerable to a Spanish-style blackout, official reports have warned.

The grid operator has raised concerns that the switch from dependable gas to intermittent wind and solar power will "reduce network stability," the Telegraph reports.
