Pre-Conditioning (Warmup & Mobility)

I warmed up my hips & posterior chain with 1+ minute of Banded PPSC Glute-Bridges

Next, I did some Targeted Rolling, specifically the high-hamstring/piriformis on the backside as well as my psoas on each leg

Next, I did some Thoracic Spine Mobilization to tease out the end-ranges

Finally, I did my Full-Body Mobility Flow to loosen the rest of me up from shoulder girdle to ankle dorsiflexion in a deep squat position
