Yard Sign Yanked Down and Epoch Times Delivery Shenanigans

Today I noticed my yard sign was ripped off of my baby lemon tree and the Epoch times newspaper was purposely separated into sections and dropped through the mail slot. Up to this point I have not called out the USPS but the nonsense is undeniable. For ten years we had one postal worker with the same vehicle in our neighborhood at approximately the same time every day. Since January 2025 I have witnessed many different postal carriers and multiple different USPS vehicles. I have no idea who is supposed to be our mailman or mailwomen anymore. What the heck is going on here?
