Garlic & Rosemary Beef Shanks
There’s nothing quite like the aroma of tender beef simmering with garlic, rosemary, and rich broth. This dish is not just hearty and flavorful, it’s fully keto and perfect for cozy nights or Sunday dinners.

Ingredients (Serves 2)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
300g Beef Shank
Salt and Pepper, to taste
3 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
3 cups Beef Stock
2 sprigs Rosemary
Procedure
Pat beef shanks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a heavy braising pan. Sear the beef shanks on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté crushed garlic over low heat until lightly caramelized.
Pour in red wine vinegar and beef stock, then add rosemary. Stir to combine.
Return the beef shanks to the pot. Bring to a boil.
Cover, lower the heat, and simmer for around 1 hour, or until the beef is fork-tender. Add water during cooking if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth goodness
