Thunderbolts, a serious talk about the void, mental health and suicidal idealization

I sailed the high seas and watched Thunderbolts.

In this video we cover some confronting things. The Sentry was complex, and led to some complex thoughts of mine.

We have a serious talk about the nature of depression, negative thoughts and suicidal idealization.

If you are experiencing anything bad I implore you, reach out for help. Google your local hospital crisis centre or give things like Lifeline a call.

If you are struggling, remember, be strong. Don't ever give in and be brave. You have it within you to be happy in life.
