Numbers 12

In this chapter, we see what actual jealousy looks like. Miriam and Aaron speak against Moses because of who he married. Was it racism, was it jut not being 'pure' in heritage? The Bible doesn't say, but God is furious and because Miriam was leading it, she's struck with a leprous disease for a week. The Israelites don't move out again until she's brought back into the camp again.
