Jonathan McLernon joins us today! He is a board-certified health coach, helping people break free from emotional eating, addiction & self-sabotage with neuroscience, psychology & faith. He survived an attempted murder when he was nearly beaten to death in South Africa. He lost everything from his life savings, his identity, and his sense of control when he was betrayed by his closest friend. He battled PTSD, binge eating, and self-sabotage for nearly a decade before he found his way out. He lost 100 lbs and kept it off, not through sheer willpower, but by learning how to work with his brain, not against it.
