Watch drug cartel dog abandoned at the border get his picture taken.

Chase was a scary Rottweiler who was taken across the border for protection by drug runners. But they were so afraid of him because he refused to be leashed, that they left him behind in the desert once they were "safely" in U.S. territory. A compassionate Border Patrol agent found Chase dehydrating in the 120-degree desert heat. It took days to help him because he was so afraid of people. She chased him for miles, hence his name! Then, through our network of Border Patrol and ICE agents, Chase came here to be loved at our 115-acre care for life sanctuary.

Leo takes his pictures here for his monthly letter and Chase was hardly "scary or mean." Love has changed him to a sweet, and even shy, boy.

Note on Sony flash: it does not keep up. New A1 firmware does not matter at all. Godox V1 Pro S flash for Sony DOES keep up! I set the camera at 15 fps but only shoot maybe 5-7 frames at a time and it keeps firing. This is the right combo!
