Expand the base~ [StE] (Classic Long War - C02E003)

We are going to dig down to the lower level and build alien containment today. I always felt it makes the most sense to put them in the dungeon. But there is no mechanic where the aliens attempt to free prisoners so it's placement doesn't really matter. I wonder if we can capture one tonight.
