Illegal Migrant Wanted For R*ping A 13-Year-Old, Found Living In A Massachusetts Daycare

A daycare in Cape Cod was shut down after an illegal migrant from Brazil - who is wanted for raping a 13-year-old was found living in the home day care center

Andre Tiago Lucas – who has been arrested by ICE - was sentenced to 9 years in prison for child r*pe in his home country, but took off before serving his sentence and made his way to Cape Cod.

Lucas was living with the owner and operator of the home day care, Franciele Nunes who allowed her license from the state to expire in March.

She had been licensed for 3 years.

According to Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) records, the agency went to the home daycare five different times for inspection but did not find any evidence of Lucas staying at the home day care during any of the visits.

Massachusetts Republican State Rep. Steven George said,
"It's absolutely disgusting and shameful, and it never should have happened, but it doesn't shock me"

Massachusetts gubernatorial candidate Mike Kennealy said in a statement that Tiago Lucas' living in a daycare is "the direct result of Maura Healey’s policies that make Massachusetts a sanctuary state—a place where lawbreakers know they’ll be shielded from accountability."

"Under Healey’s leadership, our communities are endangered, and our most vulnerable—our children—are put at risk," he said.
