📖 Behind the Story: While I don’t remember all the decisions I originally came to when crafting this narrative, after redrafting it, a singular idea resonated within me. Our relentless nature. While there are those who don’t have this desire, those who do help lift people up from where they are simply because they refuse to quit. And I wanted to highlight that trait in these colonists. Despite everything being arrayed against them, their leader will never stop moving forward.
