Post-Conditioning Pressing & Accessories
I began with 1+ Minute of Banded Triceps Pushdowns as a preparatory activity to get blood into my elbows before pressing
After a few ramp up sets to, “grease the groove” so to speak I did 5x Incline Dumbbell Press Doubles for working sets
Following the work sets, I did another 5x Incline Dumbbell Press Down Sets in the 5+ rep range to squeeze out a bit more (productive) volume before moving on from this movement pattern
Finally, for a shoulder accessory I do 5x sets of Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises in the 10+ rep range, the last few sets to concentric failure
