This is the same old Leftist playbook to get kids in school still dependent on their Leftist teachers for grades, to vote accordingly. Also to get illegals dependent on Democrats to vote Democrat to keep the "free" money coming.

Obviously both of these laws are illegal, unconstitutional, and most of all, stupid! How dare any legislator who presumes to represent Americans want illegals even in the country, let alone to vote. And how many Leftist trust their 16 year olds with their cars, let alone voting.
