Front Squat Cluster Sets Day 1

Today was my first cluster set workout. I used 85% of the 315 Max I achieved last week. So, I used 265. I did 5 Reps for my cluster set. I did 6 reps overall with 265, but I did a single feeler rep prior to the cluster set. The cluster set went well with front squats. Upon reracking the weight, I did a ten count in my heart before proceeding with the next rep. My second exercise was Zercher lunges. I did two sets of ten reps. I finished off with 45 Degree Nordic Leg Curls. I may have to start using my barbell for these. I wonder how much more weight I'll need to add to my 45 Degree reps before I'm able to do a full Nordic. I guess we'll see!
