A Morpheus (from The Matrix) Monologue:

[Morpheus Lets Neo Know "Simping Ain't Cheap"]

“You think this is a game, don’t you? A construct of social codes, hollow courtesies, and... scripts. But what if I told you the greatest lie the Matrix ever sold wasn’t that you’re asleep? No. It’s that accountability—true accountability—is the one red pill women are programmed to spit out.”

“They’ll dance through firestorms of their own making—hands clean, eyes wide open, staring at a thick curtain of denial. Even as the flames lick their heels, they’ll blame the wind. The system. The ‘patriarchy.’ And the SIMPS—” (his lips twist, equal parts pity and disdain) “—those loyal janitors of delusion… they’ll mop up the ash, repaint the walls, and call it romance. Tell themselves they’re white knights. Protectors. When all they are... are cogs in a machine that feeds on their desperation.”

“You doubt me? Then look closer. Watch how the Matrix rewards compliance and spins the absence of consequence into... "Empowerment", how SIMPS trade their backbones for scraps of attention, their wallets for whispered lies. They think they’re buying love? No. They’re bankrolling their extinction.”

“So… wanna bet? Wait. Watch. Let your eyes adjust to the rot beneath the glitter. You’ll see it—the truth, not of code, but of choice. The choice to swallow the lie… or to unplug. To stop cleaning up messes that aren’t yours. To realize...”

“…that SIMPING AIN’T CHEAP. It costs your soul… one excuse at a time.”

“Welcome… to the desert… of the real.”
