Trying Rifle Builds thru West End Sweep / #Gameplay #Division2 #TomClancy #WZ

This is the character I try rifle builds on. So far, not impressed with Rifle interactions with this season's modifers. This playthrough was frustrating. I may need to retire from Rifles for a bit. Activities include Toxic Alley and solo Heroic Bank Headquarters with 2 Directives.
