Latkes, honored tradition for Hanukkah celebration

Sylvia Cohen, a teacher at Hillel Academy and owner of Sylvia's Catering, makes sweet potato and regular latkes for Hanukkah, or Chanukah. She also displayed Sufganiyot, which are jelly doughnuts, and Moroccan doughnuts.
