Down But Not Done | Psalm 42:11 Encouragement

Feeling heavy? Spirit tired? You're not alone.
Psalm 42:11 says:
"Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.”

The psalmist doesn’t deny the pain—he faces it and speaks through it.
That little word “yet”? It’s defiant faith.
It means: Even now, I will hope. I will praise.
Not because life is easy—but because God is still worthy. 🙌
