Paranoid Polka, a Song About Gang Stalking

So a bit of story time. I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I keep it managed for the most part with meds and awareness techniques (I could use counseling too, but that is out of my financial means). Back in the day, it was really out of control, bordering on paranoia. To the point to where I had intrusive thoughts that the world was like some sort of Truman Show gaslighting me. I got help soon after (Thanks to the intervention of a few folks who are truly special to me), and nowadays I find it absurd that I ever entertained such thoughts. This song is a bit of a silly reminder of the scary road I nearly went down.

The world can be a chaotic and confusing place, and sometimes these beliefs emerge as a way to make sense of it all. But that path can be a difficult and unhealthy rabbit hole. You’re not alone. This is not a psyop. Accept that things happen indiscriminately. Nobody is out to get you.
