Prime Minister’s Mark J Carney was CEO of Brookfield when they got the contract to take care of moves in the CAF. We used to call the organization “crookfield” due to their reputation of inefficiency, screw-ups and delays. It’s not surprising they failed their audit.
The CAF says its on target to meet it recruiting, after it dropped and IQ test requirement and the need to be healthy to join.

CAF officers have a history of careerism over taking care of their troops and are often the architects of bad decisions with no accountability as they get to toot their own horn while manufacturing a success from failure. It’s the CAF Officer way.
