Man Got Furious When He Saw His Face in the Mirror

Police Officers responded to a single vehicle crash with a utility pole and wooden fence. During the investigation, it was determined that the driver had an odor of intoxicants on his breath, but he denied drinking.

He refused SFST’s and a PBT, and he resisted officer while being handcuffed. A warrant was obtained and a legal blood draw was completed.
