Burst Into Anger After He Was Denied of His Request

Police Officers were dispatched to a vehicle that had left the roadway near the area of Flint Drive and Good Hope Rd. Officers made contact with the driver who admitted to consuming alcohol earlier and an odor of intoxicants was detected on his person.

After performing the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, he was arrested for OWI 1st offense. Once in custody, he resisted officers’ efforts to place his legs into the squad car.
