This mission, on any difficulty, is littered with tougher yokai, namely the namahage. The lanky stature of the namahage can make it difficult to consistently break its horn for some free damage. As such, I took my time completing this mission and trying to showcase facing some of the tougher obstacles, like the area after the first shrine where two kappa and an onyudo spawn from the yokai realm fog.

That said, many of the yokai opponents are not a problem for an onmyoji - harnessing the elements allows us to apply confusion ailments on all of these yokai. Once we reach the end of the mission, we'll face Date Shigezane, admittedly a very tough boss to face, but the confusion ailments turns this threatening adversary into another yokai set up to be stagger-locked and slain. Confusion ailment is OP.

Earlier difficulties of Nioh don't usually provide much flexibility in terms of builds for William, so I'll be venturing into the later difficulties of Nioh in order to exemplify some of the potential viability for playing through the game with a focus on onmyo magic and investing in the Magic stat.
