Arrested for OWI: Calm But Demanding

A Police Officer was dispatched to Su Casa at Appleton Ave for a call regarding two adult individuals getting into a vehicle and leaving with a child in the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Upon arrival, the officer yelled for the individuals in the vehicle not to leave.

The subject began to drive the vehicle away from the scene. The officer attempted to get the vehicle to stop and turned on his siren multiple times. Eventually, the vehicle stopped. Upon initial contact, the driver admitted to having one margarita. The officer also noticed the odor of intoxicants on her breath.
