Don’t Do This if You’re Pulled Over by Police

A Police Officer was conducting a routine patrol in the area of 14th Street Southwest and 20th Avenue Southwest. He observed a blue Dodge Challenger with the front windshield tint protruding past the AS-1 line. He activated his emergency lights and conducted a traffic stop.

Upon the officer’s initial contact, he could immediately smell an odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle and the driver was argumentative throughout this incident. He continuously asked what the reason for the traffic stop was. He also advised he did not have his driver's license. The officer had to ask him to step out of the vehicle numerous times until he finally complied.
