Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem faced lawmakers Tuesday about the Trump administration's mass deportation efforts. Rep. Lauren Underwood (D-IL) pressed Noem on whether non-citizens have due process rights in the U.S. under the Constitution and whether DHS believes it has the authority to deport U.S. citizens.

"Judge after judge has ruled that the law has not been followed," Underwood said.
