ISOLATION IS NOT THE ANSWER!

WE had a fun little conversation with Doug Macedo last night. He shared about his experience during his service, and the trip it took him on. He eventually founded Fubar Studio Veteran Reinforcement. With his group, he is there to support veterans that are in need. One fun thing he does is gets them on the racetrack in a formula car and lets them enjoy the ride! On this episode we have Brian Larose bringing us some music, both live and MP3 format. Brian was a team sniper, got married and found his perspective changed. He got out and found that he could channel some of those post-military blues into music. It ended up turning into something bigger.
1st song – The Pines - We played this song with no introduction, but at Brian's request this is the song!
2nd Song – Forever Young - was written after leaving the Army. Its about when someone loses their life overseas. There is a pre deployment photo taken and when those soldiers pass, they stay the age of that photo forever. Forever Young.
3rd Song – Memory Lane - This was a song to his children. A child in their local community caught pneumonia and passed away. It was the unfortunate catalyst that led to him writing this song to his own children. It is a touching and somewhat haunting song that left some of the panel speechless.
