How do lead BB shotsells compare to steel BB shotshells?

We are comparing two different types of BB loads. A lead BB load, Hornady's Heavy Magnum Coyote load. This load is a 12 gauge, 3 inch load moving at 1300 fps. A steel BB load, Federal's Speed-Shok Steel load. This load is also a 12 gauge, 3 inch load but it is moving at 1400 fps. What kind of differences will we see between these to loads?
