My Knee Hurts… I Can’t Exercise

Many of us face pains and aches that can limit and/or prevent us from fully participating in an exercise class or program. In this video, Chris talks about a dear class participant at FGCU Academy who has some pretty intense knee pain. They have made it clear that either their doctor or family member has convinced them to STOP doing any activities at all that could cause some pain. Chris believes that the advice, albeit from a place of care or love, is the wrong advice. He explains why in this video.
