It aint a bug , it's how the game was made to be. So that people would play the other 2 paths with different 'builds'
You could ofcourse use it to increase to boost your stats but it will not allow you to unlock the 100% attributes achievement.
This goes for +15 strength or +6 warhammer of the Titanlord hammer.

Master Mage of the Holy Flame = Mana & Hitpoint based!

Another Note: There are 22 toolbags in total to be found!
These can be found by killing tons and tons of Gnomes [fuck yes!!!]
If you want the toolbag cheevo do not deliver the 15 toolbags to Walter until you got the achievement.
Otherwise you missed the oppertunity to get it!
You could always just command code toolbags ofcourse!

Bonus Note: If you are fighting 5 mobs and kill 4 and then get killed by the last one.
The 4 kills will still count towards the Beast Slayer / Big Game Hunter achievements.
Even though you have to rebeat the 5 mobs.
So i will also count it as such!
