Dr. Hall holds 14 certifications from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Certified Pastor in the Christian Faith, consulted two presidential candidates, and has worked globally on all 5 continents in and out of war/conflict zones as an intelligence analyst, geopolitical/military/police consultant and contractor for over 25 years.
