Local House Fire may have been Caused by Homeless

Parkersburg, WV

In what's being called "Turf Wars," vagrant people are setting blaze to multiple houses in the area.

It isn't the cause of all house fires, however. There are reports that someone on City Council may also be buying houses up at auction and setting them ablaze.
