Man Who Allegedly Raped A Corpse On A New York Subway Is An Illegal Migrant
The man police say raped a corpse on a Manhattan subway for 30 minutes is an illegal migrant.
44-year-old Felix Rojas is an illegal migrant who crossed the border illegally “on several occasions” before getting caught in the act and thrown in jail.
Rojas allegedly raped 37-year-old family man Jorge Gonzalez, who suddenly died on the R train.
Details of what Rojas allegedly did to Gonzales when he discovered the dead - or dying - man slumped over on the train , were revealed in a court hearing.
Video played at the hearing, shows Rojas digging through Gonzalez's pockets apparently trying to rob him. He then came back and sexually assaulted the man's corpse.
After that, he zipped up his pants, and pulled Gonzelez' pants up as the train stopped.
Rojas is facing multiple charges of rape and grand larceny, and is being held without bail.
