James Whale, host on Talk TV in the UK, aggressively promoted a product he knew nothing about. He is paying for his mistake, with his life. This is a very common observation for so many who believed the criminal cartel unquestioningly, some of whom were paid to promote their ideology to the public.

This is a tragedy which we should never wish upon even the most aggressive ideologue. The real criminals remain largely anonymous.
