When Nick Pavlidis retired from the practice of law to become a full-time ghostwriter in 2016, everyone thought he was making the worst decision of his life, sometimes even including himself. He now runs a traditional book publisher, a large event company that puts on more than 50 events per year, including both Podfest and Vidfest, another event company focused on authors, called Future-Proof Author, two digital marketing software companies, an online education platform to help writers become ghostwriters, a ghostwriting agency, a company that helps connect business owners with expert advisors, and a bookstore.
