Missing mother, Kelsy Ramos, last seen in Turlock

A family in Turlock is asking for help in finding a missing mother, 44-year-old Kelsy Ramos. They say she hasn't been seen since Friday. Ramos was last seen in Newman on Friday morning and later in Turlock around 11 a.m. in her white 2017 Nissan Versa, which was spotted in Fresno hours later.
