Momma and I take the Empire state rail trail From Pawling NY and loop around on the road and back. Her Engwe Engine Pro broke down when we were almost done with our ride. I asses the issues and find the battery failed. Still waiting on Engwe to respond to my email.

**NOTICE** Front battery is not working on the Q20 Pro?
The Front battery powers the front hub only, rear battery powers the rear hub and the electronics to power unit on. So if you just use rear hub until battery is showing empty, you can swap batteries or use just select front hub to double your range.
