Was Martin Bryant the REAL shooter at Port Arthur and did he act alone?

On the back of the nation's shock and awe at the 'lone gunman massacre', a huge, nation-wide MANDATORY gun buy-back scheme followed shortly after. These types of events just didn't happen in Australia back then, and out of disgust, most folks handed all the guns over happily. It was False flag/psy-op to disarm Australia.

The main components identifying the gunman at The Port Arthur Massacre as being Martin Bryant, were witness statements describing a man in a coat with long blonde hair, Martin's character study and history after the event and his arguably coerced confession.

But there are many discrepancies contradicting this determination, unresolved questions and strong indications third parties were involved.

Without an inquest, open trial and release of the hard evidence locked away on file until 2091, can we be 100% certain?
