Post-Conditioning Lower Body

I began with 5x sets of my favorite lower body movement, Rear-afoot Elevated Split Squats. I did these holding a kettlebell for loading with the opposite hand as the working leg. All 5 sets were done sub-maximally in the 12+ rep range

Next I did 5x sets of high volume Lifefitness Lying Hamstring Curls. Again, sub-maximal in the 15+ rep range

Then last, for calves I did 5x sets of Hammer Strength Seated Calf Raises. These were in the 20+ rep range each set

3x exercises, 15x total sets
