Ingredients + Recipe:
Pecan Melt-Away Cookies
Ingredients
1 C butter softened
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-1/4 Cups AP flour
3/4 chopped pecans
1C additional powdered sugar

In a mixer combine butter and powdered sugar cream together 3-4 minutes, beat in vanilla. Combine flour and salt and gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in pecans and refrigerate until chilled (about 30 minutes).

Preheat oven to 350’. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheets covered in parchment paper. Bake 10-12 minutes. Roll warm cookies in additional powdered sugar. Enjoy!
