We love a good crunch wrap supreme around here! We made this breakfast version two ways. One is Factor V Leiden / heart friendly and the other is full fat. Remember, you can still eat what you want...moderation is everything!

Breakfast Crunch Wrap Recipe:

regular flour tortillas or Extreme Wellness Tortillas for the healthier version
Sage sausage, browned with half a diced onion
eggs, scrambled
cheddar cheese
potato hashbrowns or cauliflower hashbrowns for the lighter version, baked nice and crispy

You can always mix up the ingredients however you want.

For the healthier ones, you'll want to lay out your healthy tortilla of choice, add a cauliflower hashbrown, ground sausage and onion mixture, and eggs. I personally do not buy a smaller version of the tortillas to close the gap when you fold up the tortilla...ripping a small piece off of an extra tortilla will work just fine. Once folded, add to your griddle and brown on both sides.

For the full fat version, lay out your flour tortilla, add a potato hashbrown, sausage and onion mixture, eggs, and cheddar cheese. Again, I rip some tortilla off of an extra one and use it to close up the tortilla. Brown on both sides and enjoy!
