Reverse 1999 Showdown In Chinatown Ep 3 Pts 10-13

It would seem that the Foundation had originally taken the film real known as the Reunion of the Three Swallows after it had caused several accidents several years prior. Now an agent named Loggerhead is thought to be responsible for stealing it. With a new lead perhaps there will be a way to stop and retrieve the film before it can cause more damage. Will they succeed stay tuned for the next episode.
