In this video, I’ll show you how to make a super quick and easy apricot cake with no mixer or blender needed! This recipe is perfect for busy days when you want a delicious homemade cake in just 10 minutes. It’s simple, fast, and incredibly tasty!

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

250 g Sour cream

150 g Sugar

100 g Butter

15 g Baking powder

Vanilla sugar (to taste)

250 g Flour

8–10 Apricots

30x20 cm baking pan

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until fluffy.

Add the sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla sugar. Stir to combine.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and fold it into the mixture.

Cut the apricots into halves and remove the pits, then gently fold them into the batter.

Pour the mixture into a greased 30x20 cm baking pan.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool, then slice and enjoy!
