Ingredients:

2 Eggs

250 g Sour cream

150 g Sugar

100 g Butter

15 g Baking powder

Vanilla sugar (to taste)

250 g Flour

200 g Cherries

20 cm baking pan

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy.

Add the sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla sugar. Mix well.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually add it to the wet ingredients. Stir until smooth.

Gently fold in the cherries.

Pour the batter into a greased 20 cm baking pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
