Esther 1 & 2 - Why did she win? Why was Hadassah (Esther) made queen instead of Vashti? 2023

This book begins with legal and matrimonial difficulties. It is a personal matter, but it had international consequences.
Because it was part of God's plan to save His people. It was no accident.
Est 2:16
So Esther was taken to King Ahasuerus to his royal palace in the tenth month which is the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign.

Est 2:17
And the king loved Esther more than all the women, and she found favor and kindness with him more than all the virgins, so that he set the royal crown on her head and made her queen instead of Vashti.

When the king saw Esther, the contest was over. Esther was made queen. Why did she win? Because it was part of God's plan to save His people. It was no accident.
