In 2010, Burger King teamed up with Microsoft to drop some serious nostalgia with their Kinectimals Kids Meal toys. Each one—like the lion, bear, or elephant—came with a special code you could scan into the Xbox 360 game Kinectimals.
The commercial showed kids using the Kinect sensor to bring their plush toys into the virtual world—unlocking digital pets and interactive fun. It was fast food meets gaming magic! The lineup included six collectible toys: giraffe, bear, elephant, gorilla, lion, and monkey.
