Pakistan accuses India of baseless blame for Kashmir attack

Tensions have been rising between India and Pakistan following a massacre in Indian-administered Kashmir that killed 26 tourists. Pakistan claimed it had "credible intelligence" that India would launch a military strike on Islamabad within 24-36 hours. That timeframe has since passed.
