Ireland’s MEP Aodhán Ó Ríordáin “I wanted my first words spoken in the European Parliament to be: SANCTION ISRAEL NOW!”

Irish MEP Aodhan O Riordain called for sanctions against Israel, including scrapping the EU-Israel trade deal, in his opening speech to the European Parliament. He further highlighted the current situation in Gaza, calling it a “total humanitarian catastrophe,” and added that “only real, tangible action against Israel can stop the suffering” in Gaza.
